Reverend Professor
R. Dean Drayton
Independent Chair

Reverend Professor R. Dean Drayton oversees the College’s higher education operations, ensuring the Board’s effectiveness. He is an Adjunct Research Professor at Charles Sturt University and a Professor in the School of Theology. His past roles include President of the Uniting Church of Australia and Moderator of the NSW Synod. He holds a PhD in Theology.

Ms Judith Bowler
Executive Member

Ms. Judith Bowler ensures the College’s financial and strategic plans are viable. She is an Educational Strategist at RTO Advance with a background in auditing and quality consulting. She previously served as a state board member for ACPET and as an adjunct lecturer. She holds a Master of Education in Adult Education.

Mr Wesley Lee
Shareholder Representative

Mr. Wesley Lee manages financial controls and accountability for the College. He is the Head of Applications, Development, and Support at Ashmore Investment Management and has experience in global financial technology. He holds a Master of Information Technology.

Academic Board Chair

Reverend Associate Professor Clive Pearson leads the Academic Board, ensuring academic excellence and effective delivery of programs. He is an Associate Professor at Charles Sturt University and has served as Principal of United Theological College. He holds a PhD in Religion and History.

Ms. Judith Bowler provides strategic oversight on the Academic Board, ensuring program quality and alignment with the College’s goals. She is an Educational Strategist at RTO Advance and has extensive experience in education and quality management. She holds a Master of Education in Adult Education.

Emeritus Professor
Ross Chambers
Independent Member

Emeritus Professor Ross Chambers contributes to the Academic Board with his extensive experience in academic leadership. He is a former Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Charles Sturt University and currently serves as Centre Ambassador at the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture. He holds a PhD in Russian Religious Social Thought.

Sang Taek Lee
Principal

Reverend Dr Sang Taek Lee is the principal of Iona Trinity College where he plays a role in strengthening academic and strategic planning on the Academic Board. He has worked as a scholar, serving as the director of theology and counselling programs. He holds a PhD and is certified as a Clinical Pastoral Education supervisor.
